Career Beginnings
Laurenne’s first modeling opportunity arose when she joined Suicide Girls, a community-based website that has pin-up models who call themselves as Suicide Girls. The models on the Suicide Girls comprise of attractive girls sporting tattoos, which is the main feature of the website. The Suicide Girls website was started by Selena Mooney or Missy Suicide in 2001.
The website can be accessed only by paying members, who can view the photos of the models, their profiles and blogging platforms. Members can also form groups on the basis of their interests. The Suicide Girls community has become so popular that it has been featured on various media, including TV shows like Californication.
