On 10th October 2022, it was World Mental Health Day. Any day should be our priority to take care of our mental health. As a professional in this field and as a firm believer in the necessity of a well-balanced life through our body-mind-spirit relationship, I thought about writing down some tips for keeping up with our mental health.

  1. Value yourself

Self-esteem is an indicator of your well-being. Not over and not underestimating your person is a good sign of you being balanced.

Awareness in recognizing which are your abilities and the areas in which you could improve is a required step for your mental health.

If you’re not the first to value yourself who will?

And, on the contrary, where do you think you can build a satisfactory and beneficial relationship with others if you don’t get rid of your exaggerated ego?

In my opinion, the voyage of knowing oneself is the most significant one, and it goes through the value we give to ourselves.

An over or underevaluation of ourselves is not relatable to good mental health and could be the first step to take and adjust.
