Oh I have an idea for a existing base of qualified candidates and strategy I bet they never even considered. Why not market to local stay at home moms who could take rush jobs with 30min notice. A part time experienced workforce… and then develop them from there. Hell follow the Avon/Mary Kay model. Follow some model if yours stops working.
