If you are going to scale a global cleaning company it would be advantageous to buy supplies in bulk for discounts. Like a lot of customers this startup was clearly great at gaining momentum (as evidenced by the founder speaking at Sam Altman’s Startup School) but should have spent more time building out their actual delivery processes.
