The blue light is something on campus that makes me feel safe becuase it is never moving, always working, and ready to make a call at any time. I liked this angle for the picture becuase the clouds looked pretty cool in contrast with the light.
The rain was the newest thing that I could find on campus becuase it was a downpour before class. I got real low for this picture to get the reflection of the sky and surrounding buildings, which I felt was a nice touch.
The oldest thing on campus that I could find was St. Joan of Arc Chapel which was built in the 1400’s. I felt like the light shining down looked somewhat holy which is pretty fitting for this chapel.
Something that has always proved to inspire me is the classroom. I usually get my best ideas when I’m in class becuase I have so much free time to space out.
One thing that scares me is sewers becuase they contain everyone’s poop.
I thought that these flowers were very beautiful becuase of their pattern and color. Flowers remind me of summer, which in my opinion, is the most beautiful season.
I took this photo of the trash can to represent my dreams becuase I always seem to forget them, just like these forgotten items. Both were appreciated at a certain time, but before you know it, its gone and you forget about it.
I have not noticed the new construction behind the chapel. I included the orange barricade in the foreground to further show the construction.
I was unable to take a picture of someone
This low quality image of a squirrel is something familiar from a new angle. The new angle is the squirrel air-borne, grabbing for his tree.
This sign reminded me of home because I live in Schroeder Hall. I also really liked the ivy on the building so I made sure to include that in the picture. I would have had to go to the beach if I wanted to remind myself of my actual home, but that would have been frowned upon.
This is a close-up of a faucet on the side of a building. I like how old the faucet is, yet it is still reflective.
A time capsule that I found was this building made in 1972. The building is a reflection of the time period in which it was made. I also liked the angle of the photo becuase the brick creates a cool horizontal line system.
I stood in this spot for 60 seconds without any distractions and took a panorama of what I was looking at. I was mostly looking at people and their tendencies when they think nobody is looking.
These three contrasting textures are interesting becuase they are all made of stone, but varying degrees of stone. The first layer is some sort of cement rock combination, while the middle layer is brick, and the last layer is a stone wall.
I took a picture of my pen as a representation of what I learned today becuase photography is writing with light. I made sure to include my writing utensil and the light from the sun.
