The most potent countries flex their guns (no, I do not mean their muscles).
As you all know or if you don’t know then now you will. The tensions between Russia, China, and NATO have never been more intense. These countries will “show off” their respective military strength over the course of the next few weeks.

These countries will be doing so by demonstrating their multitude of combat aircraft, ground troops, etc. Now, right there is a huge red flag. As all of the countries will NOT be engaging each other but want to show what they are capable of and will be dealing with live ammunition, comes an enormous risk factor. The chance of casualty. Think for a second, have you ever done anything if your life that you immediately regret doing? Realizing that what you did could’ve changed your life completely or even ended your life? I for sure have, and to me what these world leaders are doing is somewhat an act of selfishness. Putting all of your hard-working soldiers at risk of possible death caused by accident during these “War Games” as they call it. From shooting a mere pistol to launching missiles in an aircraft all factor into possible death.
“Russia’s exercise will be held principally east of the Ural Mountains. It is the largest military exercise by Russia since Soviet times (in 1981) and will deploy 300,000 troops and more than 1,000 military aircraft. China will participate with thousands of its troops operating alongside the Russians”. https://www.bloomberg.com/view/articles/2018-09-06/russia-and-nato-show-war-games-aren-t-just-games. Death is not a rare occurrence when these games take place. Take a moment to think, you own a car manufacturing company, and you send out 100 of your employees on a company field trip to UTI schools all around the country. Knowing that dealing with a lot of the equipment, if not handled correctly could be fatal, then suddenly you get a call saying 3 of your employees have died by cause of improper use of equipment. Do you proceed with the field trip? If so, do you arrange these field trips more often than usual? All of these countries are taking part in this doing. A selfish act of negligence.
Does this all have a purpose? Is It worth it?
We thank our beloved troops every day for what they do on a daily basis, risking their lives to make sure not only their family but all our families eat and have a place to call home. Yes, it is nice to know our country is being well protected by the best military the world has ever come across but I ask, what’s the point. If there is certain bloodshed, what’s the point. If war didn’t end the poverty of the world, fix economic downfall, etc. why would it possibly terminate it now? There is no need for war. The world would be a much better place and economically balanced worldwide if we would settle with trading natural resources for natural resources like back in the Indians time. Make peace not war.
