Angular CLI installation on windows: problems and solutions

Today we are going to post solutions for common problems and solutions during installation of Angular CLI on windows.

As Angular CLI is in development phase and many installation bugs occur during installation.

Points to care about when you run

npm install -g angular-cli command

• Most of the time it give error related to “Renaming and Moving”.First solution is to “Run Cmd as Administrator” .
• Second is to turn off any antivirus and firewall if you are having for 1 hour.
• Angular CLI throws many bugs if you don’t put your project folder in C drive. So try to put folders in C drive and copy your project in other drive for backup to avoid any tragedy like if windows corrupts your C folder data will get destroyed .
