Constant Existential Dread: A Beginner’s Guide

I experienced a gift when I was still in high school, graduated in 1973 and it has been a constant in my life since I first acknowledged it. A dear friend I met in ninth grade began our school year having moved from Boston area and hockey as a passion. Jerry was and is a worrier of the first magnitude having developed stomach ulcer’s prior to twenty years of age. From that I developed my way of dealing with issues which I consider said gift. If I can change what is at the root of my issue I change it, if I can do nothing, fuck it. My health is paramount and all the worrying will only be negative upon said health. Have a happy, it is so much better for all.
