Well-said Ariel! I agree that RSS should start listening to the customer’s need and social norms. As a consumer, I appreciate it when a business acknowledges my feedback. Listening to the needs of the customers will make the RSS business more connected and diverse.
Reaching out to wider demographics is always good as it increases the exposure of the companies. However, when expanding demographics, it is important for RSS firms to be consistent with the quality of service offered to consumers. I agree with you, there are business opportunities for RSS companies if they consider cultural and social norms in their business models.
