Today, we’re giving you an update about the work of our support service. We believe it is of paramount importance and stays so in the renewed Cryptaur concept.
In April, the support service processed 1361 user requests. The average response time has been 10.4 minutes, with the average ticket closure time being 2 hours 2 minutes. Most of the requests were technical and mostly related to sending tokens to another user in Cryptaur and Ethereum networks, changing the password, or working with cryptocurrency exchanges.
If you have similar questions, please note that the support service has already recorded the following video guides:
● How to send CPT tokens from Cryptaur internal depository to an external wallet (for example, to a cryptocurrency exchange)
● How to transfer ETH tokens from Cryptaur internal depository to an external wallet (for example, to MyEtherWallet)
Screencasts showing Cryptaur personal account were recorded for the previous design version, but the operations remained the same. Currently work on the new personal account design is underway. As soon as the new design is rolled out, we will update the corresponding video guides.
We will be happy to receive your feedback and suggestions, including those about the work of the support service, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via the support button in your personal account or at cryptaur.com website.
With best wishes,
Your Cryptaur Team
