What’s new in the bookbuild

The hardcap is imminent, so we’d like to tell you about a few upcoming changes regarding the bookbuilding platform. They’re going to make the token-buying process faster so that you could squeeze in before the token sale ends.

On January 5, at 00:00 (UTC -4), the bookbuilding platform will undergo the following changes:

• Wire transfers will be removed from available payment methods due to the possibility of reaching the hardcap: the payments may take too long to be processed and, consequently, may reach the escrow account only after the hardcap is reached. Today, January 4, is the last day when we recommend paying the generated invoices. If you make a deposit via wire transfer at a later date, chances are we will receive the money after the token sale has already ended — in this case, we’ll have to initiate the refund process. You’ll still be able to use other payment methods: any cryptocurrencies or even credit cards;
• The platform will switch to auto-buying mode: you’ll no longer have to make a deposit and buy tokens as separate actions. Starting January 5, tokens will be automatically bought once you’ve made a deposit. This will speed up the token-buying process. All the money you deposit will now be automatically used to buy a proportional amount of CRPT tokens. We used to have bonus periods before, which got in the way of automated token buying. Now, the bonus periods are over, and the token-buying process is even more transparent than before.

Please note that all changes regarding the operation of the bookbuilding platform are applied in strict accordance with the offer accepted by the user at the moment of registering within the system.

To summarize, let’s go over the key points once again:

• Today, January 4, is the last day when we recommend paying the generated invoices. So if you intend to generate and pay an invoice, you’d better do it today! Still, if you pay the invoices at a later date, no disaster will happen to your money. • Please make sure that you’ve provided your ETH wallet address in your account details. That’s where we’ll automatically send your purchased tokens within 10 business days since the end of the token sale (unless you withdraw them earlier). • In case you don’t provide us your ETH wallet address on time, you’ll still be able to get your tokens later. To do that, you’ll have to contact us by any means you prefer;
• All money left on the accounts by the end of the token sale will be automatically spent on CRPT tokens.
