Website stability / Logistics

Logistics for the day of the crowdsale:

• Whitelisted applicants should login to https://apex.chinapex.com at the time of the crowdsale there will be a unique NEO address released to the login of whitelisted applicants.
• The server has been security checked and prepared for DDoS attacks at the time of and close to the crowdsale. In the case of any problems accessing the site, we have prepared two backup steps
  1) In the case that the website is down at the time of the crowdsale, a backup server location/URL will be announced via our official Telegram Community channel as well as the announcement channel.
  2) In the rare case that the backup server is attacked, your personal address will be sent via email to whitelisted applicants (NO PERSONAL MESSAGES).
• A data log will be created of all transactions and our team will audit transactions one by one

Hard cap / Individual caps

The maximum cap for the crowdsale is 40,000 NEO. The crowdsale is divided into 3 phases:

1st Hour — 4 NEO individual max cap (Guaranteed for whitelisted people)
If there is any crowdsale allocation left after the first hour:

Waitlisted people can only send in the rounds below
2nd Hour — (Additional for whitelisters) 10 NEO individual maximum cap.
3rd Hour — 30 NEO individual maximum cap.

Fraud

• DO NOT attempt to send any more than the specified individual cap. You will not receive CPX for it, for any NEO sent in that exceeds the hourly cap will be refunded later in the week of 1/29.
• DO NOT attempt to buy an account whitelisted addresses can’t be changed you are wasting your money

Wallets

All NEO wallets work to send your NEO to the assigned address. We advice
