DIY or BUY: Apple Cinnamon Infused Bourbon

Cutting up apples doesn’t have to be terrible! I learned this trick a few years ago: take the whole apple and cut off almost half, positioning the knife to just miss the core. Then lay the apple on its cut side and cut it almost in half again, again just missing the core. Repeat until you have a square core, and slice up the big pieces as you wish. Not as pretty as wedges, but SO MUCH FASTER.
