Last night I pulled a bunch of wayward food out of my fridge:

  • baby spinach left over from making salad
  • chickpeas, left over from that same salad
  • artichoke hearts, again from the same salad
  • cooked penne
  • half a container of ricotta cheese that smelled okay
  • parmesan cheese that I grated up just to be able to throw out the wrapper
  • feta crumbles that I bought because they were on sale

I threw it all in a pan with some salt, pepper and nutmeg, and now I have two delicious work lunches for basically free!
