Alright guys, to wrap up this project we’ll have a look at the remaining part which is crucial to know for potential investors like us. As I mentioned countless times before: A project can be the most innovative and auspicious out there, however if the token sale conditions are just too far off, an investment probably won’t be the best decision to make.

XYO Network Token Sale is live!

In order to know how XYO set up their token sale conditions, let’s have a look at their initial coin offering terms:

XYO hosts their public sale on March 20th, 2018 so it’s currently running at the time I’m writing this. The sale will run for two months till May 20th. At a starting rate of 100,000 XYO per ETH (or 0.00001 ETH per XYO Token) the token price is already outlined to cover rather small fees on the XYO network without a hassle. The token price however increases gradually over the period of the token sale, ending in a conversion rate of 33,333 XYO per ETH. This means a price increase of 300% over the token sale period. Based on that fact alone, I would personally invest rather early in order to avoid paying a premium at the end of the token sale.

The token hard cap is projected at 48 million USD. Those funds will be used as follows: 40% will be used to grow the network through partnerships and marketing. 35% will be used for Engineering and the research & development costs. 15% will be used for the XYO Network platform operations while 5% are used to support Ethereum platform projects and a 5% will be allocated to cover overhead costs.

Some additional thoughts

Even though I couldn’t find how many tokens were pre-minted, their whitepaper states that all unsold tokens will be burned and no new tokens will be minted once the token sale is conducted.

However, a disclaimer states that:

For every token sold to the public one token will be generated for XY The Findables Company.

And furthermore:

3.2 billion tokens will be pre-generated for the company and team.

This basically means that less than 50% of the total token supply is up for public sale. However, due to the fact that the minted amount after the token sale is absolute, an early investment with a higher XYO token rate could yield a nice return in the short as in the long run. Depending on the way you guys want to handle your potential investment position in this ICO — an early investment decision would surely profit you either way.

That’s it from me for the XYO Network project, I hope I could give you guys some valuable insights on the project and would be happy to see you around for the next project I’m researching. Until then, have a good one!

Additional information on the XYO Network can be found on their website, BTN/ANN threads or directly in their official Telegram!
