SEGMENT 1 : INTRODUCTION

Q1 : Can you please introduce yourselves and your background, also introduce the team working on WADAPAY?

Daniel : Like i say before, my name is Daniel Blitman, I am the CEO of WADABOO and WADAPAY. I’ve been leading the
project since it started in 2017, with my partner Nicolas Passerini ( CTO ).We were working together with a club of entrepreneurs, businessmen and industrialists to
have feedbacks and develop according to those opinions. Then in 2019 Damian Ladiani joined
our team as a full stack developer working side by side with Nicolas.I, Daniel Blitman, have more than 15 years of experience developing companies, I currently
have 2 companies running, Segupetrol and Wadaboo.Nicolas Passerini is IT manager at the Legislature of Buenos Aires and Damian Ladiani is a developer at Metrotel (an internet company).

Q2 : Can you introduce WADAPAY, what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what’s the competitive advantage?

Daniel : Before talking about what Wadapay is, let’s talk about the problems that Wadaboo solves. Wadaboo is a reverse auction platform to improve purchasing processes in companies. These are the problems we currently seek to tackle:1. Disorganized purchases, without proper planning.
2. Limited suppliers, which means that costs are not 100% effective.
3. Private processes that are not transparent.4. Quotations often do not receive feedback before the purchasing employee closes the deal with someone at will, so there is no possibility to renegotiate the price or conditions.
5. Employees with negotiation skills, 100% dedicated to the purchasing task.
6. Entrepreneurs and SMEs with little purchasing power (lack of money). They increase costs without being able to transfer that value to the selling price, resulting on profit loss.All this being said, we can talk about Wadapay. Wadapay is a cryptocurrency we created to work within Wadaboo; so that companies can not only lower their expenses but also buy and sell products and services, make international transactions and apply for loans.

Q3 : Can you briefly describe the top milestones you have achieved and your target milestones with timelines, also share your roadmap?

Daniel : It was a very hard road we went through: many years of development, we had to face the fact that we had no capital, put aside our "social" life because we were working on other projects :), more than a year of pandemic, etc. and we still have many challenges ahead of us. here are the most important points we have gone through during these years:-NOV 2016
We got together with Nicolas and started designing Wadaboo.

-MAY 2018
We registered the company "WADABOO SAS" to be able to participate in different state programs and raise some capital.

-JAN 2018
We start to actively participating in entrepreneurial and technological communities, such as Telefonica's Open Future, entrepreneurship clubs, etc.-AUG 2019
We launch for the first time the MVP and start getting the first feedbacks from real users. The development team gets bigger (Damian Ladiani joins to support us with the development).

-FEB 2021
We relaunch the beta version with good feedback, and more users join us. Currently we have more than 200 users and auctions that are being published every month.

-MAY 2021
the idea of creating Wadapay is born. $WAPAY is a cryptocurrency for Wadaboo users to use as a payment method.Roadmap (These are some of the challenges ahead of us, some of which we have already met.)

Q4 : Can you give an overview of your Tokenomics, and the UTILITY of the $WAPAY Token?

Daniel : We have 2 key features:
Auto LP 7% each sale or purchase transaction.
Rewards 3% distributed on each sale or purchase transaction.The $WAPAY tokens are used within the main platform, WADABOO, where companies will be able to buy and sell products and services, make international shipments at low cost and take out loans to buy machinery and increase their production.For example, companies generally buy with deferred checks. If a supplier delivers the goods and does not want to wait 30/60/90 days to be paid, he can ask for an advance with $WAPAY, paying a very low fee. With those $WAPAY he can pay his other suppliers, and a sustainable chain of use is generated for $WAPAY (it is not easy but companies can be educated in its use).Another example would be that a company that has to send money to a branch in another country could do it for FREE and then withdraw or sell it at low cost.

In the case of loans, in general a company has to meet many requirements at a bank to access acceptable rates or fall into lenders with very high rates. With $WAPAY you could take out loans at very low rates (we will always do an investigation of each company, beforehand).

SEGMENT 2 — SELECTED TWITTER QUESTIONS

Q1: Is Wadaboo a platform for SMEs, if Yes, should SMEs also use Wadapay to receive their payments or can they convert to FIAT? Due to the fluctuating value of tokens, SMEs may feel disadvantaged. FROM - @edankoweyo

Daniel : Yes, Wadaboo is intended for entrepreneurs and SMEs. It serves to automate, organize and optimize purchasing processes and save money. It is not mandatory for suppliers to use Wadapay to charge for their sales, nor for buyers to pay for their purchases, but it has several advantages, such as cash advances for deferred checks at 30/60/90 days, or make international transfers at almost no cost, or apply for loans at low interest.

Q2: For the people who is new to crypto and stuff most of them dont know about WADAPAY type new coins/tokens . What can you say to them to make them believe that your project is big as well as good project? In few years where can we see this coin in this competitive crypto world?

Daniel : We have several strategies to generate interest in the use of our cryptocurrencies. Our target audience are companies, therefore we focus on the problems they have when looking for liquidity, for example cash advances against deferred checks, lack of money to buy machinery or raw materials, or high fees and bureaucratic models when sending international transactions. This is where we will focus our efforts.And later on we are thinking of making developments for the general public that doesn’t know much about cryptocurrencies, which we can’t say yet.

Q3: Wadaboo’s business strategy favors the consumer above the supplier. It’s unique, but I don’t believe sellers will be pleased with it until there’s some additional incentive in place. So, do you have any additional ideas for making Wadaboo a win-win scenario for both FROM - @mikaelangga

Daniel : Perhaps the first impression is that it is only for buyers, but it also helps suppliers a lot. Because as a supplier, you make many quotations, but you rarely know how it ended until your customer tells you that he already bought from your competitor.Wadaboo is useful for both to know live and direct how a purchase process develops and gives the supplier the OPPORTUNITY to renegotiate and not be left out of a purchase process. In addition, as our platform charges a very small commission (3% to 4%), it is not something that can affect the total cost of sale.So as Uber does NOT replace a cab, Wadaboo does NOT replace the current sales channels, but on the contrary, it is a support to the current SALES strategies.

Q4 : Regarding WADAPAY been listed on PancakeSwap with good liquidity, how do you plan on providing a good liquidity infrastructure for WADAPAY? Do you have an ongoing liquidity mining program the community can participate in? FROM - @Greyhair_08

Daniel : WADAPAY ($WAPAY) is NOT yet listed. This is the last week of seed phase where anyone can enter at a discounted price $ 0.00000183, then IDO is scheduled on Unicrypt at a value of $ 0.00000367 (2x of seed phase) and on Pancakeswap at a value of $ 0.00000550 (3x seed phase and 50% of IDO).In Unicrypt we will automatically block 80% of what is reacuded (LIQUIDITY) and our code has a reflection of 7% of automatic liquidity and 3% of rewards for the hodlers.

So it will always be liquid, both for buying and selling.THIS IS THE MOST INTERESTING PART FOR INVESTORS

Q5 : Most of investors just focus on the price of token in short term instead of real value of project. Can you tell us the motivation and benefits for investors to the token long term?

Daniel : Yes, when they are serious and big projects like ours, they are long-term investments, because with every development we do, every update, every country we invest in marketing is one more step to improve the value of the token.And that is a plus we have compared to meme coins.Or shitcoinsWhere you can see a pump and dump but then they’re not worth it. In our case this is not the case, because the token is always going to be used whether it is worth 10 or 1.

Q1 : 💣Do your team have a professional background and sufficient experience in different fields? As the project develops, will new members from different sectors be added to your Team?

ANS : Yes, we have theoretical and practical experience. Almost all the partners have around 15 years of experience in their field. As we grow we will probably hire more people.

Q2 : Who are your targeted customers? South east asia is best for crypto adoption? Do you have any ambassador programme?

ANS : We don’t have an ambassador program yet, but we will certainly put something in place in the short term. If you want you can recommend us and we will analyze it.

Q3 : How will you manage this project to ensure that it achieves the best possible market position and becomes the best token in the blockchain world?
What technique do you plan to use to persuade investors to join the project you’re working on now?

ANS : We don’t need to be the best, we just need to work and make it known and little by little both Wadaboo and Wadapay will become known. Right now the market is falling but there is room for projects that are being born like ours. They are serious and legitimate. We are also supported by Open Future, the incubator of Telefonica (Spanish internet and telephony company).

Q4 : Do you have a Token Burning plan to increase Token value and attract Investors to invest?

ANS : We do not have a token burn plan nor will we have one because it does not match our business model. Companies will need tokens to be able to manage the features within the platform. We have many other marketing strategies that work now and in the long term as well.

Q5 : As you have said that you have an Expansion plan to more than 10 countries in the next 5 years. Sir what countries are you mainly focusing in? What are the main reasons behind choosing these? What extra advantages will Wadaboo get from it?

ANS : For now we have Argentina (our base country), other Spanish-speaking countries, such as Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Spain, Portuguese-speaking countries, Brazil, and the United States.

We chose them because the market is large, dynamic, proximity, language and culture.

This does not mean that we will not open operations in Asia. OLX for example is Argentina, and the first country where it operated is India.

But for each country you have to spend a lot of money on marketing and that is done little by little.
