Q1) What is BLKwhale?

We are the world's first Defi protocol based on crypto ETF derivatives.
BLK whale completed various ETF derivatives that Cefi could not do, but in Defi. Users are able to mint ETF tokens designed to track in real time an index of various valuable coins on multiple exchanges around the world as well as users can check the ETF portfolios of BLK whales manages. BLK whales are listed on USDB to manage their ETF tokens, ensuring that there is always enough collateral to cover the ETF tokens in the protocol. The minting of ETF tokens are decentralized, allowing users to open positions and deposit collateral. In addition, ETF tokens disclose the real assets of the tokens to support traders to own or trade these assets.
In addition, let us introduce shortly about our BLK token’s usages and Epoch-making marketing plan in the near future. First of all, BLK is the Governance token that Users are able to vote on protocol topics such as synthetic asset listings, fee revenue splits, collateral ratio, PAO(New type of IDO for new and existed project), various ETF portfolios and other BLK improvement proposals. BLK is issued based on Bep-20, and Matic, with a total amount of 1,000,000,000.
It is composed of 10% - Team, 5% - Advisor, 40% - Reward (mining and staking), 5% - Ecosystem, 7% - Private A, 3.5% - private B, 0.433% - Public offering(IDO), 14.067% - reserved and 15% - Exchange liquidity. It’s very healthy tokenomic so far !
10% of the team will lock the warehouse for 6 months and release it at 10% per month. 5% of the advisor allocation will be released at 10% per month after one month.

Ques-4. What do you think is the biggest difference between this project and other defi projects？

We call our Defi is ”The new evolution of Defi 3.0+".
Existing DeFis are biased towards some functions such as yield farming, staking, lending and so on. However, we operate crypto ETFs to generate more aggressive returns to users as well as fixed income and even referral allowance for all users.
Also, we operate PAO(New type of IDO for new and existing projects) for the first and only one in Defi market.
We also create a new ecosystem through the social NFT, cross-chain, swap and more in the very near future.
In addition, BLK whale invested in and produced Crypto-related K-drama and K-pop that will be advertising to the public as another methods of BLK whale’s profits.
These all we mentioned are something similar with some existing Defi projects but huge differences from them.

On October 19, the first bitcoin futures ETF in the United States was officially listed on the New York Stock Exchange, code named BITO, and launched the second and third one in succession.
This is a small step for U.S. financial regulation, but it is a big step forward in the approvement of bitcoin ETF in the United States.
This is the first adoption of various bitcoin ETF approvement since 2013. At the same time, the first batch of MSCI has been approved in China's A50 interconnection ETF, and Dabaima will welcome incremental funds.
