Warner Bros. has made an exciting announcement regarding its upcoming superhero film “The Flash.” The movie will be released as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) collection, allowing fans to own unique digital assets related to the film. This digital offering will be made available on the same day as the movie’s release on traditional digital platforms.

“The Flash” Web3 Movie Experience
Starting from July 18, fans will have the opportunity to purchase “The Flash” Web3 Movie Experience through the blockchain service provided by Eluvio. Payments can be made using credit cards or cryptocurrencies. By owning the NFT, fans will gain access to the film in 4K Ultra HD quality, special features, a variety of artwork, and the ability to unlock augmented reality (AR) collectibles.

Warner Bros. has made it clear that all digital content associated with the app will be stored on the Eluvio blockchain, not just the NFT access token. Fans will have two options to choose from when purchasing the NFTs, each accompanied by a randomly generated character-based key art. These NFTs will be available in different levels of rarity.

The “Mystery” edition, limited to 10,000 copies, will be priced at $35. It includes one of four key art pieces and one of four dynamic menu interfaces that will be revealed after purchase. The key art options feature Prime Barry, Young Barry, Batman, or Supergirl.

On the other hand, the “Premium” edition is available for $100 and has a much smaller pool with only 2,000 copies. This NFT showcases one of two motion art pieces and all four dynamic menu interfaces. In addition, it comes with exclusive special features.

Owners of the “Premium” edition will also receive a redeemable voucher for a DC3 Super Power Pack NFT from the DC NFT Marketplace. This pack consists of three digital comics randomly chosen, with rarity levels ranging from Common to Legendary.
