What is the Crypto Soda Club?
Crypto Soda Club is a collection of 1,111 Sodas bubbling on the Stacks blockchain, secured by Bitcoin. Your Soda doubles as your membership to the Soda Club, every Soda is completely unique!
But not all Sodas are here to stay… The RECYCLER will be on collection duty soon! Read more to find out about the recycler below!

Our motivation
Over the course of the last few months, we have seen an influx of generative NFT projects within the stacks space and we are not here to compete with them. Because why should we?
Similar to everyone else, we love our Megapont Apes, our Bitcoin Birds, our Crash Punks, our Bitcoin Monkeys, and our Blocks. We have been cheering them on from the sidelines and we will diamond hands our favourite PFPs until Bitcoin stops working! (Never!)
We want to continue building on the strong foundations that have already been formed by the stacks communities and the projects that we know as our culture.
Building on stacks projects means that newer ones should complement the features of existing projects, to make them even better and add more value to their current holders.
Thats why we want the Crypto Soda Club to be the hub (or pub) for all stacks NFT hodlers. We want to build a community that discuss everything from the latest stacks protocol, News, upcoming NFT projects, investments or whatever you feel like discussing. Our Discord will be open to all, however, Club members will have access to a private chat where they’ll be the first ones to hear about the latest features and events.
Who is The Recycler?!
The Recycler removes Sodas from Floor.
A portion of aftermarket sales royalties are given to The Recyclers wallet. Once the recycler is satisfied by the size of its wallet he runs through marketplaces and picks up the sodas on the floor and throws them into the bin.
Translation
(Royalties from the aftermarket sale will be collected in a treasury wallet, once the number from the treasury wallet gets high enough the Cheapest Sodas on the marketplace will be bought and sent to the recycler aka burnt)
Sodas are taken out of circulation, which reduces the overall supply of Sodas, meaning long term members of the club benefit from a raising floor price putting upward pressure the price of all Sodas.
Stage One — Vending Machine (Jan 2022)
- Minting will commence in jan 2022 (exact date TBC)
- Exactly 1,101 Soda will be available to mint
- Each can will mint for 50 stx, a portion of the mint and royalties will be allocated to two separate treasury funds find out how the funds are being allocated in Stage Two.
- 10 Sodas will be kept for Soda Ambassadors
Stage Two — Stack & DAO (March 2022)
- 50% of the mint will go directly to the first treasury wallet. This wallet will be owned by the Crypto Soda Club members.
- The funds will be staked which will not only support the Stacks Network, it will also produce a BTC yield over the period of the stake.
- Rewards the the staking will be used to benefit Soda community members.
- The functionality of the DAO will enable all Crypto Soda Club members to Create and Vote for or against proposals.
- The ETA for the DAO to be fully functional is March 2022. The treasury wallet will be available for everyone to view on the website, all funds will be locked until the DAO is complete.
- Royalties will be set at 5% of the price of the Sale, This will be split into:
2% allocated to the Dev team
3% allocated to the Recycler - As mentioned above the recycler will purchase the cheapest Soda(s) once the balance gets large enough. This will mean long term holders of Sodas will benefit from an increasing floor price. The % allocation of royalties going to the recycler can be modified through a proposal on the DAO.
- A page will be created to view all the Sodas thrown away into the Recycling bin.
Stage 3 — Lounge (TBD)
- Exclusive access to future quality NFT projects.
- Creation Crypto Soda Club Merch
- Purchasing a plot of land in a metaverse on stacks once a protocol is created, this will be the hub for all Club Members
- Partnerships with current NFT projects, lets create something special!
- Rarity Website displaying all Sodas with their rarity traits
This will only be the beginning of what we hope to achieve with this project. At our core, we hope to build a community of builders, contributors, artists, and more who share the same curiosity as us and wish to push the boundaries of interactions between different NFT projects.
