I loved your production of “An Iliad.” I taught The Iliad for 20 years at the Moore College of Art and Design. Although the play is an adaptation, I felt that it captured the heart of Homer’s Iliad. The rage of Achilles is transformed as he and the aged Priam, once enemies, meet in shared suffering and compassion. In Homer’s Iliad, war is horrible but also beautiful. That’s not so for us today. The listing of wars at the end of the play was breathtaking. Wonderfully done!
