Wow. You have totally woobified the writer of that manifesto. I’m surprised you haven’t used the phrase “Oh, that poor little baby” yet. You’ve made up an entire story about him. He’s young, just a neophyte fresh out of college, possibly socially awkward. Where is all that coming from? Do you have any idea who this person is or anything about him?

Your belief that the right thing to do is inform him as many times as necessary why his beliefs are misguided prioritizes his needs over everyone else. Why should that happen? Why should he stay in a place and continue to make a hostile work environment for his women co-workers? Why should his needs take priority over theirs? That you don’t think blatant racism and misogyny are reasons enough to castigate someone harshly, that instead we should kindly educate people until they understand, baffles me. I don’t want to sit next to someone who thinks I’m biologically inferior because of my gender and the color of my skin while management tries to “reprogram” him. That you think I should is astonishing.
