What Drives You?

We all have something inside that keeps us going. It’s usually the only thing left when the tank is on empty. For some it’s their sole purpose for living & for others it may still be misunderstood or even undiscovered, but regardless it’s still there. It could even be multiple things for different situations.

For Example.

One thing that continuously drives me forward is the urge to show others how important health can be when it comes to the quality of life. It drives me so much that I literally base 110% of my decisions off of this principle.

I feel that it is absolutely necessary for you to understand what drives you. By taking the time to dig & discover this, you will be willing to put so much more effort into what you do. The long days that turn into nights will feel more than worth your time. You will wake up with motivation & the everyday cycle of just paying the bills will finally end.

Why doesn’t everyone do this?

I’ve made it all sound like unicorns & rainbows so far so here’s the flipside. We often fail & give up too soon. Stop being so afraid to fail. Everyone fails, that’s part of the process. If you aren’t failing very often, you probably aren’t trying hard enough. You must fail to learn how to become better & becoming better is the answer to becoming happier, no matter what it is.

What will you fail at doing?

I don’t know about you but if I fail, I’d rather it be at something I love doing rather than something that I disliked from the very beginning. Also understand that as long as you’re learning from your failures, you can ultimately consider them as a win.

Stay Focused.

So we covered that you need to understand what is driving you to move forward each day & to be prepared for failure. Actually, look for failure, dream about it, & wish for it. After doing so, stay focused. Put on your Hater Shades & keep pushing forward, take notes, & don’t be afraid to show vulnerability.

Also, one more thing…..

Aim High.

Reach for goals so high that if you told them to anyone, they’d look at you as if you’re aiming to become the next Batman…..
