For a prize this big, making fake Facebook profiles seems like an easy way to game the system.

What you may want to do is a pseudo public/private key signature, e.g. give us the last two digits of your driver’s license and we’ll confirm that if you win. That way people can enter with fake numbers, but can only actually win when they verify their identity.
