Ah, the quest for the One Ring. The app revolution taught us that trying to put everything “in one place” is futile and in fact makes you less focused, as each message / post / notification in the stream switches your mental context. At work, each of those channels should be focused enough to allow you to tune in to only that thing you need to attend to that hour. At Carpool, we call that compartmentalization.
