This was the concept that convinced me that Carpool and I were on the same page. I’d been around long enough to see the many attempts at building the One Ring that would unify all our collaboration and communication needs into one super-experience that worked perfectly for every culture, context, and project. They’ve all failed. The focused app experience on our smartphones has taught us that it’s not app switching that’s a challenge for people. It’s being purposeful and intentional about what they’re doing.
