Thanks Isabel. I absolutely agree. Passion is a complex emotion and getting applicants to be passionate about the startup’s idea from day one is slightly difficult because on the outside one is yet to fully grasp what the start up is trying to do.

As most of the startups are in similar line of business it is difficult to differentiate as companies are not willing to share the factor which seperates them from the competition.

Estonia is an awesome place and way advanced than most of the countries in the world. I hope all countries adopt the same model as Estonia to truly open up their borders and allow diverse talents to thrive.
