CTIA regards the lack of human resources accompanying the spread of blockchain technology as an industry wide problem. It shares the view with Sogang that nurturing blockchain talent is a top priority, which led to signing the MOU.
The MOU explains that the two will work to conduct blockchain education programs as well as offer mutual support for related educational activities.
In conjunction with the MOU ceremony , a lecture by Professor Jung Yoo-Shin, a professor at the university and the director of the Finetec Center of the Korea Financial Committee (the equivalent to Japan’s Financial Services Agency) is scheduled to be held in Japan.

I am very pleased that we had a wonderful day today. I hope this signing ceremony in South Korea will lead to important developments of the future blockchain.
Comment from Professor Jung Yushin
Japan is a country where the blockchain industry is booming and CTIA is a company that is progressive not only in business but also in education and in developing rules for the industry.
We are very excited to collaborate with this company. Moreover, global development is as important as decentering development in order to expand blockchain. Therefore, the interchange between Japan and Korea is very meaningful.
Comment from Professor Park Yongsu
Through this cooperation, we will strive to conduct educational and personnel programs in Japan and Korea. Blockchain is considered to be the next Internet, and we want to contribute to its development. Since Korea and Japan are driving forces for blockchain innovation, CTIA and Sogang University are also, as partners, committed to expanding blockchain globally through efforts such as employment support in both countries. We would like to take this opportunity to achieve a greater goal going forward.
