Cuco is an entrepreneur and creative director who found his spiritual calling while struggling to find balance in life, business, and his life purpose.

His experience as a Mexican-American is unique, as he was born in California but grew up in Jalisco. For Cuco, the last 15 years living in the US have been a journey to understand Latinidad and embrace his bi-cultural reality as one of his most authentic strengths.

Cuco is part of LEAP Global Partners, a VC firm investing in unconvencional founders. Before joining LEAP, he was a startup founder, creative director, and designer. He also founded Jalisco Government's first tech and business development office in San Francisco, helping founders and investors from both Jalisco and Silicon Valley.

He loves mariachi, hip-hop, and everything in between.
