Are we drowning or cooking to death.

From people around the world who seem to make sense are saying “world has become a smaller place” . Well I have no idea how small. But it definitely is and has ever being a very dangerous place to live in. Meandering river of time has made us seen many events which lean on both the sides of emotional pallette. On one hand there are holocaust and on other the fall of Berlin Wall. Each of it is significant but on extreme ways. With its specific consequences and marks on the contemporary.

While trust we have on others is shaking more and more… our faith on ourselves is decreasing. As inside we are the reflection of what we are on the outside.

As for me , I stay in India. We Indians are proud of our history. One of the most ancient civilisations in the world. First 3 universities in the world were Indian. We have gave world “0". First surgery was practiced by Indian surgeon named “sushruta”. Spices , réincarnation and yoga are few more.

Now, other than complex surgery and proud past. We are a third world country. Our currency value 66.6 times of 1 USD. And economic imbalance is critical. I mean if you come around someday. You will realise and see , how difficult is the struggle for daily bread. Which makes feel grateful for what I get and a certain urge about the fact that I must give back to the world. And this blog is attempt to do the same.

With the help of this blog. I’m here to address my thoughts and few issues which I think are worth it.

Contemporary world where money is taking morals away. Widespread corruption and oil wars are taking millions of lives. It’s very natural for a person to think we can’t change world for the good.

But we have a bigger crisis to look into than philandering human beings.

Climate Change is most critical issue entire human kind is facing . Is something which has came into focus so recently.

As Mr. President rightly tweeted . And to shred more light on this issue. He took steps to seriously reduce the carbon emissions by putting caps on big business.

Here is a very outstanding Tedx Talk delivered on same.

This is my first blog and I would love to keep it short and not bore you with stating the obvious facts.

Along with it other leaders across the world have also spoken out against climate change.

Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has gave call for nations to come under collective cause of enhancement of solar power.

Recent reports showed that Seychelles is a country of several islands is facing the wrath of rising sea level. And the country will be immersed in sea after some years if we don’t act fast. Government is already talking about rehabilitation of its citizens.

Just think about it…

Is it so difficult to turn off the heat for our survival?

I have faith that we will collectively make it. Hope which helps us sleep at night is also the thing which prepares us to face everyday a new.

I believe in making a difference and I want to work hard to bring about change. But best I can do is to try. And this blog is an honest try.

Now this picture says it all. Polar bears too are in serious trouble.

Despite all the problems we face and however terrible place world turns into. We have survived and will continue to thrive . More than surviving it makes us feel safe at times at particular places. Like we belong here. And we definitely do because. It’s our home.
