First off, I really really enjoyed your cookie. It was one of three cookies tasted and was by far my favorite. I also really liked your blog, I thought you went above and beyond, especially with your photos and video of the syrup drizzle on top of the cookie. I wished that the pieces you cut from your cookie during the sampling session were larger. The size was so small that I felt like I didn’t have the full taste experience.

What if the cookies were thicker? As I said, I thought they tasted great as was, but I thought a slightly thicker version might also taste good, and could make the middle even more soft.
