I liked how neatly organized and thorough your blog post was. The photos really did a good job of portraying your thought process as well as the difficulties you faced. The final product looked incredible. I wish that there was an easier way to shape the graham crackers into circles. I thought your way of getting around that issue was very clever. What if this idea was applied to other sorts of pies? Do you think there could be any other especially interesting pie/cookie combos?
