Great job on the blog, I thought the final cookie looked awesome. I distinctly remember seeing them when I walked over to our group table because of the unique seaweed pattern. I also thought your idea of tamago cookies was intriguing, especially because I had no idea what tamago was before your presentation! I wish the wireframe cookie idea would have worked. I think you could have had a very awesome looking cookie if you combined that idea with the seaweed layover on top. What if you would have included seaweed inside the cookie as well? Would that significantly change the taste?
