Curb Convo with Kelsey Conway: Account Manager

We’re back this week to introduce you to another talented member of our team. Meet Kelsey, a Curb veteran, retail expert, and passionate innovator who makes big ideas come to life.

Tell us about your role at Curb Crowser and how you got here!

I have been with Curb for almost 7 years, and have had many roles within the account team during that time. Currently, I manage the General Mills account across all business units.

What’s the coolest part of your job?

I love seeing an idea come to life in store!

Working on the General Mills business allows me to touch many different brands, and navigate their unique objectives. When we’re presented with a new item launch, or movie event, the exciting ideas that are discussed in the kickoff are amazing to see in the retail environment.

What do you see as the most essential part of great retail?

Great displays tell a story, and evoke an emotion in the shopper. We’re doing our job when a display stops a shopper dead in their tracks, and makes them want to purchase!

As an account manager, how do you build and foster client relationships?

I think the most important way to build and foster client relationships is to keep it real. At the end of the day, we’re all doing our best and trying to get the job done the best way possible.

What’s a fun fact about you?

I just had a baby at the end of June, and after spending the summer at home with baby George, I have been back to work for about three weeks now! G takes a mean selfie, and is thrilled to officially be part of the Curb crew!
