Highfive Is Hiring a Sales Development Representative
And here’s why it’s an amazing opportunity

Hey there ambitious go-getter,
Highfive is hiring its first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help make every conversation at work face-to-face. But this isn’t your typical SDR job. Because you will be the first person on the sales development team at Highfive you’ll be responsible for pioneering the way we sell. You’ll work closely with me, our VP of Sales and our CEO to define the sales development model at Highfive.
As the foundation of the sales/marketing team, you’ll be responsible for managing all of Highfive’s inbound and outbound lead generation. This includes prospecting, nurturing, and most important of all — selling.
As our founding SDR you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Researching target accounts to determine who the best person to reach out to is.
- Using tools like Salesloft, ToutApp and LinkedIn to be as efficient as possible in the way you prospect.
- Beginning the initial outreach to prospects.
- Following up with prospects with relevant messages and resources.
- Managing your pipeline
- Demoing Highfive
- Drinking tequila (optional)
With that said, we expect the following skills:
- Experience using LinkedIn to prospect and research accounts
- Experience using a mail merge tool like ToutApp, Yesware or Cadence
- Salesforce / Hubspot (or equivalent automation tools)
- The ability to write intelligent, eye-catching emails
- An insane amount of hustle

So why Highfive?

So what do you say? Want to join one of the fastest growing, well-funded companies in Silicon Valley?
If you’re interested in applying for this position, use the tool of your choice to find my email address and send me 3 reasons why you’re the man or woman for the job.
