Ian — This is a great article and timely! I’m reworking my task management system now. I’m already a user of Basecamp. I love the ability to track and assign tasks to clients.

What I struggle with is the ability to prioritize tasks. My list of tasks has gotten too long and I need to separate them into prioritized buckets.

Have you found a way to do that?
