The last two numbers of the year does not determine your success!

I hear a lot of people as we get to the end of the year saying "I can't wait till this year is over, 2021 is going to be my year." It is okay to have goals, but don't think your luck resets New Year's Day.

In all honesty every year is your year if you determine to make it so.

Every year will have it's set of challenges that you will get the opportunity to learn from, adapt to, make adjustments for, and evolve through.

I know 2020 has been a year none of us expected, but there will be setbacks in 2021 also.

Unless we start to expand our thinking to strengthen our mindset, and develop new routines and habits to positively change our behavior we will be at the end of 2021 hoping for 2022 to be better.

No matter what year it is you are the determining factor for your success. Have a personal development plan, find a mentor, work hard and smart, and be resilient. This will ensure 2021 is better than 2020.
