An Open Letter To You
talia jane

As much as I do feel bad that you were attacked, I do still hold that you are expecting a lot.

From my personal experience, I graduated college, made only a little more than you, but lived in a place where cost of living is cheap. I didn’t know hardly any people there, and it was not the most fun I’ve ever had. That being said I was able to eat every night and have the occasional night out with a few new friends I met.

I spent that time grinding my tail off trying to get out of this place where people don’t “Actually want to live” and after a year and a half of hard work, I was able to find a better job in a place where I wanted to be.

My point is, sometimes you need to choose your comforts. You can’t always live where you want, making the money that you want, being with the people you know. In order to get where you want to go, sometimes you need to get out of your comfort zone.
