We always have one channel per project, so the clients are separated from each other. Since there is now a multichannel-guest feature we are thinking about creating one more channel with all the clients that use one of our products in it, so they can talk about it and give each other support. However I wouldn’t to something like that for traditional webdesign projects since the clients there have nothing to do with each other.
