And yet some will want to avoid working with people, they want to be isolated, alone to do their work. (Remote work! [Just kidding.])

What I mean by that is there are a wide range of people — even millennials who are not technology savants or introverted and will never be because they are not ‘agile’ as you put it or just simply do not working with people. Also the fear of being a ‘replaceable contract worker without a steady income’ is a hindrance for most.

Sadly, It’s not even Material Rewards for most — its staying above the water or paying off debt and therefore the only thing that drives them is finances.
