Amazon Adds Documentation As Newest Service

The big name behind Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon, has come out with a new service to add to its lineup. The service is called Documentation, and gives users insight on how to utilize its services. It includes more technically oriented documentation for power users, and more standard user friendly documentations for those who may be using the services from a less technical role.

Users praised this new service, having a more centralized resources than blogs and third party software projects. A systems admin for a small started explained “It used to be, just use Fog or whatever abstraction there ways. The new docs make it so easy to understand that I don’t have trouble doing it myself.” Amazon developers also reaped the benefits of documentation, as it allowed the company to see where services or interfaces to them might be confusing. We’ll update this story with more information after being absorbed in the excellent documentation.
