Gangwon Yago was selected as the eighth-round MVP of “Hana Bank K League 1 2024.”
Yago scored a hat trick in the game between Gangwon and Incheon at Songam Sports Town in Chuncheon on the 21st (Sunday), leading Gangwon’s 4–1 victory.
Yago finished Yoon Seok-young’s pass with a powerful left-footed mid-range shot in the 19th minute, scoring his first goal of the season and his team’s first goal, and scoring his second goal in extra time of the first half by connecting Yang Min-hyuk’s cross.
