Cyber8Ball Pre-Alpha Event Guideline
Welcome to Cyber8Ball Pre-Alpha Event! Please read this guideline carefully before starting the game.

As we are currently in the process of game development, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in testing and providing feedback. Your valuable feedback will assist us in refining the gameplay and settings of the game. As a token of our appreciation, we will be offering sets of rewards in return for your contributions.
Scope
The Pre-Alpha Test will encompass game modes that involve playing with “Credits”:
- Play Pool Mode (PVP 8 Ball Pool)；
- Pro Shot Mode (PVP, hit the ball into the target area in one stroke)；
- Practice Mode (Includes both Play Pool and Pro Shot practice, no matchmaking).
Please note that certain element/feature are NOT included in this Pre-Alpha test:
- Compete Mode (Cue NFT integration, use of Game Points)；
- Private Lobby (Pool Table NFT integration)；
- Tournament feature；
- In-game live camera functionality；
- Token transfer and IAPs.

Rewards
There will be three sets of rewards during the Pre-Alpha phase:
- Milestone Rewards:
Throughout the entire Pre-Alpha Event, we have established milestone rewards based on the number of games you’ve won.
Once you reach a milestone, there will be 8Ball Points rewards available for you to claim on the website cyber8ball.xyz/alpha .
2. Leaderboard Rewards:
There will be a weekly leaderboard that calculates your ranking based on the total winning in credits you’ve earned through playing PVP Play Pool Mode or Pro Shot Mode.
In addition to showcasing your skills and techniques in the game, you’ll need to strategize and find ways to acquire more credits than others. The leaderboard will be visible both in-game and on our website cyber8ball.xyz/alpha .
Rewards will be distributed automatically to the top 20 players. You may check claim history on the Home page.
*Only users that are signed in with Ultiverse Account can receive leaderboard rewards.
*Note: The leaderboard is based on total winnings in credits. It does not count your entry fee or credits gained from other sources (Daily Missions) that are not the matchmaking mode.
Leaderboard Reset time: Sep.11th 11:59PM UTC / Sep.17th 11:59PM UTC
Leaderboard Rewards will be automatically sent to your account after the reset time.
3. Community Rewards: There will be side activities held on Twitter and in Discord. Please stay tuned in both channels for updated information.
Schedule
Community Pre-Alpha Test: Sep.6— Sep.18
Community Pre-Alpha Test will be exclusive for the participants who signed up. Please go to Cyber8Ball Discord for the sign up form: https://discord.com/invite/Cyber8Ball .
To ensure best experience with the PVP real-time matching system and for the purpose of bug fix, game server/modes will only be available in certain time windows.
*Note: Team may add/change the time windows according to latest conditions. Changes will be announced in advance.
Public Pre-Alpha Test: Sep.26 —Oct.13
After the Community Pre-Alpha Test, Cyber8Ball will open for public testing. Every one can download to win milestone rewards and leaderboard rewards.
