Bubble gum content
Jonas Ellison

The phrase “bubble gum(mer)” music or other originally referred to the age it was seen as being appropriate for, and was usually used to disrespect something that pretended to be more.

But you have given it your own meaning and made a new thing of it, and that works OK too.
