As people continue to breed exponentially with little to no consequence, and enact laws and policies that lower the value of currency, the cost of housing will continue to rise as space becomes a dwindling commodity and the dollar loses worth.

The answer is less people and more fiscal responsibility .

But don’t say things like that. People will hate you for it.
