Hey Jari, cheers for sharing and the helpful tips. I use many of these and find they work well: having a dedicated work space at home, drinking water heaps, working in the morning, and setting goals (though I need to get better at allocating times for goals as I get carried away). I used to work to background music but for some reason I prefer silence (birds outside are fine though).
Another thing that helps is food: I do intermittent fasting, and stay off refined sugar. It helps me stop thinking about food, and it keeps my energy consistent during the day. I can’t believe it but I actually avoid the choc-o-clock slump now! :)
