Amazing story which to 99% repeats a story of my past 15 years. I was considering exiting at 7 digits valuation. But looks like the company will grow further and I will keep it. But is it good? Hard to tell because of the reasons mentioned in this article.

I am blessed to work with hard-working, talented and devoted people for many years. And I hope I treat them well. But there is no way how you can build good social relationships with employees. What works better though — you can build such relationships with business partners. And (sadly or not) the more digits you have, the more interesting your business partners become.
