i.
you’re beautiful. don’t let anyone say otherwise.

your moles, your acne scars, your curly hair, the way you burn under the sun or when you unravel your shirt and i see your battle scars.

you’re beautiful.

ii.
you’re amazing.

you’re amazing when you finally got around to understand that one math problem you always struggled with. you’re amazing when you finally could drive without hitting a tree. you’re amazing when you fall asleep with your mouth agape.

you’re amazing.

iii.
you’re doing great.

you’re doing great when you only gave a glance to your blades box without reaching for it. you’re doing great when you could get up in the morning and come with us for brunch. you’re doing great when we could finally see that gorgeous smile on your face, genuine from your heart.

you’re doing great.

iv.
you’re you; don’t be anyone else.

i know people say you should be like your sibling, or maybe that smart kid in class that always gets an A+. you don’t have to. i know you’re good at something and you know it too.

you’re you.

v.
you will find happiness.

i know it often feels bad, being unable to tell anyone, having to bottle up everything. this is not the end. we are here for you, and always will. we are here to make sure you win in your battle in life and see you happy.

we promise, you will find happiness.
