4. Thought of the day

First day of HLC — very excited eventhough I was out camping at Virginia was able to get the steps & WOD. Can do better with food intake; I am off to a GREAT start with everything but the data entry I need to find a easy & fast way to do it. I will figure it out by week 8 :)
