Still going strong with 4x16oz of water. Now into challenge#13 today I napped for an hour and half which I love to do during weekends, now I have hlc challenge to justify my nap. Quite honestly I don’t think I will get this opportunity during weekdays so took full advantage.

I already know what all activities relax me but would like to give new activities a shot.
