Today’s relaxation activity is power nap. Very refreshing.

food intake is very high today as we went out for dinner It wasn’t bad food choice but lot of snacking at home added more calories. My excuse right after Diwali I have lot of sweets and savory i don’t want to waste them. I need to find a balance between regular meal vs snacks at least for next couple of days
